I began my job at the local pub as we ventured out of lockdown, helping me build on my social skills and allowing me to feel more confident when doing daily tasks that I wasn't comfortable doing at the time. Such as taking orders, dealing with finances, assisting with kitchen orders, and serving behind a bar. Working in this kind of environment enabled me to become more independent and dependent.

I achieved a platinum certificate from working on different roles as a student to help me be successful. I trained to become a well-being ambassador, worked in first aid activities, and assisted in the performing arts department. Once I had reached my number of points, I created a presentation in fashion marketing to professionally conduct myself in front of an audience. The goal of this award was for me to be accepted into many different departments at my school and to build my creativity and confidence.

One of my A-Level subjects was a BTEC in Business Studies.
In my exams, I achieved a merit, and for my coursework that I worked on for 2 years, I achieved a distinction. I was able to benefit from two of my subjects, business and digital media, because they intertwined with one another through the marketing topics that I covered. They progressed my knowledge as a way of learning how to perform a digital or creative form of marketing as well as a financial form.

Throughout my time at Priory Ruskin, I also studied digital media and photography for a two-year duration. I thoroughly enjoyed learning and developing my skills and knowledge in both subjects; however, I thrived in different ways in terms of the level of creativity I had to produce within photography and the written content in digital media. My three subjects combined had a similar field of study, with a strong connection to each topic I studied. Therefore, I could recap and use my skills for something else, making my passion for marketing flourish.
